This guide's focus is exclusively on the tools that would be of most use as you prepare your courses, but Box could help you in other parts of your work life. If you are unfamiliar with Box, I highly recommend looking at the Box at Earlham page in the ITS Knowledge Base. Use your Earlham username and password to access these pages.
All Earlham employees and students have a Box account with a 20GB quota limit. ITS can set up a "Groups" folder for your department if it doesn't already have one. Groups folders have unlimited data.
