After Earlham, Ramsey pursued his MD at Indiana University School of Medicine and graduated in 2000. He enjoyed how his career allowed him to explore the impact of diet and nutrient deficiencies on brain health and mental wellbeing. Ramsey specifically advocates for how a healthy diet can treat depression and anxiety.
In addition to his clinical work, Rasmey has written several books on the subject of nutrition and mental health.
